Overall a great place to stay, but i would not stay there if it was just my wife and I. The food in 'Off the Strip' is shockingly bad, the staff in O'Sheas, not much better, everywhere else, very good, both quality of food and quality of staff. The access in and out is a pain at the best of times, with any event on it can take 20-30 mins toenter or exit the car park. ![]() Negatives, minor, but worth noting The lifts are inadequate and need sorting, if you only have 6 lifts and one is broken the whole time it has an impact. The cost of the rooms was in line with quoted pricing, no major hidden extras and the location is as central as you can get. It was spotlessly clean in rooms and casino. It lived up to expectations in all of these areas. Chose this hotel for trip with our four grown up children and partners based on price, fact it had been recently refurbished, location and pool area. ![]()
